The Live Shaft Idlers included in the LDO Micron R1 kit. Unlike tensioner pulleys with built-in bearings, live shaft tensioners use a freely rotating shaft supported by larger bearings housed in the joint itself. This design offers several advantages: improved durability, higher load capacity, and smoother motion.
The package includes two belt tensioners assembled with shafts.
- Shaft: 3 mm × 25 mm
- Pulley: 16T, 2GT (for 6 mm belts, 10 mm total height including flanges)
