LDO Monolith CNC Belt Clamp

The LDO Motors CNC Belt Clamp is designed specifically for the Monolith motion system and is used to secure the motion belts to the X MGN12H carriage.

The clamp uses the compact belt path of the Monolith design to provide a thin, lightweight and space-efficient belt retention solution. The belt clamp is designed to maintain a straight belt section under load and provides sufficient belt tooth engagement for the recommended tensioning range.

The single-piece CNC-machined aluminum construction provides a rigid and precise solution, while the black anodized finish offers additional surface protection.

The clamp can be clipped onto the X carriage before the rest of the toolhead is installed, making assembly easier. The design also accommodates belts up to 12 mm wide and allows the belt to be tensioned by pulling the free end after securing the clamp.
