You can protect against melted motor mounts with these stepper Insulation when running higher chamber temps or higher stepper currents.

Only try these spacers with long-shafted motors AND double-shear! You'll need longer M3 screws, - and depending on the spacer's thickness - maybe some extra M3 washers not to bottom out the screws.
