Misumi performs the size cutting of the profiles, so the cuts are accurate in length and perpendicular as well. We make the thread cutting and the holes necessary for blind joint connection to the best of our knowledge. If there would be a flaw in the quality of these and it would prevent assembly, please let us know and we will replace the item under warranty. A 4mm diameter hole is sufficient for screwing, as a 3mm hex key must fit into it. Therefore, unlike other kits, we only make a 4mm hole, so we minimally weaken the profiles and it is also more aesthetically pleasing this way.
