The Misumi handles the cutting of the profiles to size, so the cuts are accurate in length and also orthogonal. We make the threads and the holes necessary for blind join connections to the best of our knowledge. If there is a fault in their quality that would hinder assembly, please let us know and we will replace the item under warranty. A 4mm diameter hole is sufficient for screwing, as a 3mm Allen wrench needs to fit in. Therefore, unlike other sets, we only make a 4mm hole, thus only minimally weakening the profiles and also making them more aesthetically pleasing.
